Welcome to Website Pro. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, web design, hosting, and development services. By accessing our services or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

Service Agreement

Our services include but are not limited to: website design, development, hosting, maintenance, and digital integrations. By engaging with us, you agree to the scope of work outlined in your proposal or plan subscription.

Subscription & Payment Terms

All monthly plans are based on a minimum 12-month contract. Payments are due in advance each month. Late or missed payments may result in service suspension until the account is settled.

Renewals are automatic unless canceled in writing 30 days before the end of the term.

Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, and code created by Website Pro remain the property of the agency until the full contract amount has been paid. Upon completion and full payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.

Hosting & Uptime Guarantee

We strive for 99.9% uptime on all hosted websites. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers.

Maintenance & Support

Clients on active maintenance plans receive updates, bug fixes, and security patches. Requests outside the scope of maintenance may be billed separately.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, images, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing required materials may impact project timelines.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Early termination of a 12-month plan may result in the client being charged the remaining contract balance.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to safeguard your website and data, Website Pro is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from service use, downtime, or data loss.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your data and customer information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information with third parties without consent.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
